Highway 141 east travel 4.3 miles, turn left on to Brookwood Road (name changes to Mathis Airport Road and Windermere Pkwy) continue 5.5 miles to Windermere OR - Take 85 north to Exit 111. Turn left onto Suwanee Dam Road travel approximately 8 miles; turn left onto Highway 20, travel approximately 2 miles turn left into Windermere.

A: Upon completion, Windermere is zoned for 1,275 homes.

A: Windermere amenities include 15 miles of pathways and sidewalks, an 87 acre county park, Village Center Lodge and conference room, two swimming pools, two children's playgrounds, 24 Hour Fitness Center, and 14 tennis courts. All homes are pre-wired with structured wiring for high-speed access, and a community Intranet for all homeowners. A full-time Activities Director will plan events throughout the community such as luau's, holiday events, youth nights, concerts in the park and many other exciting children's activities.

A: No, the price of the homes listed by the builder includes both the price of the homesite and the price of the home. All homesites were purchased by one of our builders from Newland Communities. Homesites are not available for individual purchase by an outside party.

A: After closing the resident will get two access cards per family that allows access to the 24-hour fitness center and the pools. The pools are open from 10am-9pm and have life guards on duty.
